River Description:

The Lake Fork River is fed by snowmelt, so early season is better. It flows out of Lake City in a mellow Class II float on the Upper then suddenly plunges through a steep box canyon with wild class IV rapids on the Lower. You can choose either trip depending upon your preference, or combine them in a diverse day of rafting.
